Family Profiles - Pegi and Michael

Our names are Pegi and Michael, and we have been known each other since college and been happily married for seven years. Our greatest desire is to become parents. When we found out we cannot have our own children, we turned to adoption. We dream of the day when we will enjoy family activities like playing in the park, baking cookies and reading bed time stories.

Michael was born in France and raised in Canada. He is 43 years old, 5'11" with blond hair and blue eyes. He has worked in the field of architecture for 14 years. He is a hard worker, loyal and considerate. He is patient, honest and he has a great sense of humor. His interests include painting, skiing, antique cars, computers and travel.

Pegi was born in Florida and raised in Canada too. She is 40 years old, 5'5" tall with dark blond hair and hazel eyes. She studied psychology in college. She works part time as an office manager for an architectural company with a flexible work environment. Pegi is an excellent cook and homemaker. She is loving and nurturing. Her hobbies include arts and crafts of all kinds, cooking, music, reading and collecting books. She loves animals and children and is a favorite of both in the neighborhood.

We have lived in Los Angeles for ten years and share our cozy home with two wonderful cats, Satchel and Elvis. We are close to our families and enjoy visits, holidays and vacations together. Our child will have loving grandparents, aunts and uncles and cousins. We also have a community of close friends and are the proud, devoted godparents of five year old Alexa.

As parents, we will do our utmost to provide a secure and loving environment for our child and every opportunity, educational and cultural, to explore and develop his or her potential and talents .

We know there is baby destined to complete our family, and we have high hopes you will be part of our destiny.
